The New Forest Marque




Forest Friendly Farming has supported the development of the New Forest Marque in order to identify local produce, which in turn supports the unique landscape of the New Forest.

  Funding for rural businesses still available

If you are a farmer, commoner, existing rural business or are contemplating starting a new enterprise within the New Forest and need money to finance some aspect of your business, you may qualify for a business grant to assist in your investment.



Forest Friendly Farming Advisor Appointed

Ian Stone has been appointed as Forest Friendly Farming Advisor and commenced work on 13th July, 2003. Ian grew up in the Forest, was educated at Brockenhurst College and now lives in Sway.

 



  Countryside Advisers Workshop

On 8th September, 2003, the New Forest Committee ran a workshop to bring together all advisors currently working within the proposed New Forest National Park boundary. We are currently compiling all the information provided by the advisers...
